Building Permits
Building permits are required when a building is constructed or altered, or when a structure is built that is attached to a building, or fixed to a permanent location on the ground, or requires a foundation. This includes such things as fences or decks. Mobile homes require building permits if they are set up and occupied. Permits must be accompanied by a plat drawn to scale and may be obtained from the Town Hall.
