What's Happening  The southern end of the county now has its own drivers' license test location. Tests will be given in the High School annex on Wednesdays from10:00 a.m. until noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.  We have a lot of dogs running loose, many that are not licensed.  The Town Council has hired Christi Westcamp for one month as dog catcher on a trial basis for $400.  In the matter of the dissolution of the Rural Health Care district, enough signatures have been gathered, and a county wide election will be held this summer to determine the fate of the district.
